Title: EDI Coordinator/Program Analyst

Salary:: $100-$125k
Summary:
Candidate would be responsible for the full life cycle of Electronic Data Interchange (Technical EDI Coordinator) – onboarding new customers, EDI forms mapping, EDI development, EDI unit testing and production support tasks. This would encompass meeting with business leads/customers, IT leads, preparing customer/EDI forms, preparing Specifications (functional & technical), mapping all EDI forms, Code/Configuration development, unit testing, documentation, end-user training and production support.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate EDI requirements with all stakeholders:
- External EDI Trading Partners
- External EDI Service Provider (Orderful/TLI)
- Internal Developers
- Internal Business Partners
- Complete all EDI mapping work
- Orderful, Inovis VAN
- On-boarding of new customers/partners on-to EDI transmission/forms
- Working with Orderful EDI to on-board new partners/customers
- Gathering details, completing forms (approvals as needed), preparing test plan, communicating with all involved parties (internal and external), executing document mapping, completing all testing and go-live support
- On-boarding of new EDI forms/documents
- Gathering all document details and mapping information, communicating with business and IT leads, executing the new document, completing all testing and implementation tasks
- Gather and define technical requirements in support of application changes and enhancements requests
- Partner with IT management and business process leads to define scope, effort, test and implementation plans for all assigned projects and tasks – may include non-EDI work
- Ensure proper documentation is provided for each of the system changes assigned – Technical Design, Migration Documentation, Test Script Documentation, Support and Aldon Documentation
- Drive development and maintenance of application development best practices, including document mapping, maintenance of application patches and upgrades
- Review high-level designs and test plans to ensure exceptional levels of build performance, data quality, and maintainability
- Provide a professional and timely support model to reported EDI issues
- Including resending EDI documents (customers, 3PLs, service providers)
- Ensure that all corporate and IT governance policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years integration to Orderful EDI Platform
- 5+ years Documentation of Change Requests, Test Scripts and User Reviews
- 5+ years AS400 RPG Programming
- 2+ years working with Commerce Hub, SPS Commerce, Rithum DSCO Platform implementing direct to customer and ECOM EDI relationships
- 2+ years Infor Cloud Suite ERP experience and/or Infor Nexus experience
- 8+ years information technology experience with at least 5 years of EDI support and hands-on document/forms mapping (working closely with customers to on-board)
- Data Transformation and Translation: ASC X12, EDIFACT, XML, GS1-128 Labels, GS1/EAN/UCC
- Communication Protocols: AS2, FTP, sFTP, VAN
- Functional and Technical knowledge of Apparel and Manufacturing industry
- Design and develop automated, sustainable and scalable applications
- Strong system analytical and user interface design skills
- Experienced in providing a support to IT and business leads – with a high-level of professionalism
- Experienced in ability to work with other teams/departments to deliver projects and manage multiple tasks
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and with time sensitive constraints
- Expert knowledge of the EDI (Trusted Link), iSeries, RPG, RPG-ILE, OS/400, DB2/400, Sequel, Query, Aldon
